Founded by Simona and Marius, we are a family-run business, established on foundations as solid as the ancient harbour walls that line the beautiful coastline we call home!
Our close-knit team is the rock-solid foundation and heart of all that we do. It enables us to promote us as a local lettings agency in Scotland with a global reach, offering the highest possible levels of customer service. We are unique in offering a first port of call for guests should they have any questions during their stay – we offer this seven days a week, 24 hours a day, from booking onwards.
Our rental properties team personally selects every property and ensures they meet our rigorous, award-winning maintenance and cleanliness standards. Did we mention we were awarded Best Service Company 2021 at the Fife Business Awards?
Our Story
We came to Scotland 15 years ago and fell in love with the East Neuk of Fife. We married a couple of years later in St Andrews, Marius proudly wearing a kilt. With three children and many memories of building our business later, we couldn’t imagine a more wonderful place to call home and raise a family. We are passionate about sharing this beautiful part of the world and all it has to offer with our guests, as we continue to grow the number of properties to let we can offer. Every new property we add to our portfolio is like adding a new member to the family!
